​​Jin Shin Jyutsu® is the Art of releasing tension and stress which are the causes for various symptoms in the body. With roots common to acupuncture, Jin Shin Jyutsu employs 26 "Safety Energy Locks" along energy pathways that feed life into the body.  When one or more of these pathways become blocked, the resulting stagnation of energy can disrupt the local area and eventually disharmonize the complete path of energy flow.
By simply using our hands like jumper cables we can gently hold these Safety Energy Locks in sequences on ourself or others.  The blocked energy will release allowing it to flow evenly again to recharge and rejuvinate the body thus restoring balance to our spirit, mind and body.

METAPHYSICAL WORKOUT for the BODY, MIND and SPIRIT Kai Chi Do (Free Spirit Way) is an aerobic exercise that combines basic movements based on the ancient wisdom of the martial arts, breath work, and music, to calm the mind and elevate the spirit. It is about letting go of resistance and allowing yourself to feel true freedom. Kai Chi Do is about having fun and feeling good.
People at any level of fitness can participate. It can be done sitting or standing. Participants learn to regulate breath and level of physical and emotional intensity to their own degree.
